SDFC is pleased to announce a new partnership with Parabolic, the experts in Sports Performance and Physical Therapy.

Friday April 8th @ 7:30PM - SDFC , Montclair NJ - Field Balcony
In addition to any player looking for a physical and mental boost, this partnership will help players prepare for:
- 2016-2017 SDFC Tryouts
- The upcoming age change from US Soccer
- High School and College seasons
Sessions led by certified trainers will focus on exercises that target:
- Bodyweight resistance such as pushing, pulling, squatting and lunging.
- Running, stopping, jumping and landing technique.
- Lateral and multi directional movement.
- Coordination of hands and feet.

SDFC Exclusive Program Options
We understand how busy players are with family, academics, and soccer. To help with balance, players can attend fixed sessions hosted at SDFC or schedule directly with Parabolic.
