Uniform
All players will be getting the new SDFC Uniform for the 2015/16 season. All packages are available online with link below.
1) Standard Adidas Uniform Package - Home & Away Jersey, 2 x Match Shorts, 2 x Match Socks, 1 x Training Jersey, 1 x Warm-up Jacket
2) Elite Adidas Uniform Package - Standard Package plus SDFC Bag
3) GK Adidas Package - 2 x GK Jersey, 2 x Match Shorts, 2 x Match Socks, 1 x Training Jersey, 1 x Warm-up Jacket
4) GK Adidas Elite Package - Standard Package plus SDFC Bag

Sizing - All uniform (besides the practice jersey) is Adidas. Soccerzone have a sizing chart on their website

Payment - All Uniform payments and orders will be done directly through Universal Sporting Goods.
SDFC Deposit
All teams/players must make their initial deposit of $700.00 to ensure your place on the team.. Please see attached payment form and bring along on day if you have not paid already. Please complete all sections of form so we can have accurate records of payment. Payments by Check can be made out to SDFC. Credit cards can be used via Visa or MasterCard only (subject to 3% processing fee).
Player/Family Agreement Please read through it carefully and completely the necessary information. Please return to SDFC via email or present a hard copy at the Registration Evening. We highly recommend you keep a copy for your own records.
